Conway Landings HOA Board Intro
(Introductions' are sorted from left to right)
Eric Garms:
With my wife and son, our family moved to Conway over 10 years ago. In that time, we have met many friends and grown to love this community. As a member of the HOA, my hope is to get a chance to meet my neighbors and help them to love this community the way I do. Over the years I have worn many hats, currently with my partner, we are growing a local auto parts business. As a local business owner, it is important to be involved, hopefully you give me the chance to use my skills to help here in our neighborhood.
Zyanya Garcia:
My name is Zyanya (Zee-on-juh) Garcia. I’m an elementary school teacher in south Orlando. I’ve lived in the neighborhood for about a year and a half and I love how friendly and peaceful it is here! I want to be on the HOA so we can foster a better sense of empathy and community.
Jessica Grimaldi:
My name is Jessica Grimaldi, my son Ace and I live at 5142 Coddington St. We will have been here for 2 years this January! I grew up in Conway and now I get to watch my son grow up here! I love this area and the community we live in! As a potential board member, I’d love to help out our wonderful neighborhood!
Vladimir Valdez:
I have been living here since January of 2013 and the first introduction I got from the HOA Board was "Are you aware of the board rules, because we are very strict here". The board's goal is not to intimidate its members, but to bring everyone together with understanding and leniency. I want to join the board with the goal of relaxing some of these rules and finding a way of stopping this type of HOA Board from coming back.
Gary Kleier:
My name is Gary Kleier and it is my intent to run for a position on the Conway Landings HOA board if the opportunity presents itself this month. I have closely examined the rules and bi-laws and I believe they should be amended to avail homeowners more control over their property. I am in complete agreement with the spirit of homeowners' associations, and I have 59 reasons for serving the home owners. Additionally, I firmly believe we will all continue to care for our properties even without "encouragement" from "the board." It is my intent, as stated in Article 1 of the HOA rules, "...to help ensure that Conway Landings remains a pleasant place to live for all residents."
